10 Day Shake ShapeUp with Noah and Irene

Welcome to the Shortest Challenge that will give you the Longest Results!

Irene, Our Team of Coaches and I are making this Super Easy and Full of Support for Everyone. Tell your friends and do it together.
We want to make this a Healthier World so we all can live long for our family and friends and be ultra productive in our community!
... Here's how it goes:
1. Replace one meal/day with Shakeology (the most Dense Daily Dose of Nutrition. Don't believe me? Go here to find out what this is all about -
2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes/day. Your choice of workouts. Whatever you like to do. Some will walk, run, bike, swim, Tai Cheng, P90X or Insanity.
3. Receive 10 days of healthy meal suggestions - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks - including recipes.
4. Receive 10 days of support, including an exciting, motivating video tip each day.
