Since my Achilles is not 100%, my Coach added more biking and swimming for this week. So today, I had to swim and she included the kickboard as part of my yardage. Well that was no fun!
I grab the kickboard and start using my legs and feet and actually go backwards. There was no warning about going backwards!!!! It turns out that the strengthening of my ankles because my running make by ankle inflexible. So my the motion to propel forward is not easy for me.
I will keep trying because a little boost from the feet during the swim will help a little! We shall see!
