New York City Marathon 2015 Training Day 8 - Bike and Strength Intervals

Today I did a 3 x 10 minute bike trainer workout where I started at 170 watts, 180 watts and pushed 190 watts for each of the 10 minutes.  It was comfortable as my HR was 125, 130 and 135.

Strength Intervals was interesting as it sped up the movements to get some cardio with strength moves.  It went by fast!
