New York City Marathon 2015 Training Day 14 - Bike Trainer
Too bad it is still too cold out here on Long Island. The following was not that bad on the bike trainer 15 min warm Up Then 3x20 as: [10min tempo (155-185) /5 min threshold (186-216)/5 min EZ] I did this while watching the Avengers! I am looking forward to Age of Ultron!
