New York City Marathon 2015 Training Day 11- Bike Time Trial


I look forward to Time Trials.  It's a test to find out how much fitness you currently have.  This test was for 20 minutes, where you maintain the pedaling of your bike.  This time I did it on my bike trainer.  There is a warm up and warm down.  Based on this test my fitness has been maintained since Ironman Arizona.
